- cogman10 14d agoYeah, as I said, he moved a box of magazines. You trying to make the contents of the magazines scary by quoting the DOJ doesn't change the nature of the crime that got him 30 years. And, to be clear, this box could have contained a signed confession and 30 years would have still been an extremely excessive punishment. People get shorter sentences for rape, manslaughter, and maming. Heck, some murder charges are shorter than 30 years. To the original point, the crime was moving boxes. Hosting an exit node that transports a request deemed bad by the government is exactly the same thing. After all, it may be "insurrection plans".
