I don't want to give out too many details of my own situation. I am in a similar situation. I've decided not to worry about it and just get the cash and bide my time. I now vibe code almost everything at work and listen to comedy podcasts. If things need to be done quick, I "ramp up" until the panic situation passes. Most of the work I have done will be thrown away after 5-10 years (I have written some really nicely optimised software, that worked perfectly and companies have just thrown it in the bin because of management doesn't appreciate this). So I've given up caring.
