I've never sat down and read how seeding/bonus point/etc rules work at MAM, never uploaded my own content, or otherwise tried to optimise anything. I open the site, download what I want, close it, and every so often when I'm running out of hard drive space I clear out everything super old. I still have 569 freeleech tokens and bonus points are always capped at 99999. It's a very easy site to maintain ratio (mine is 13) on.
