- tavavex 17d agoThe province of Ontario is named after the lake, not the other way around.
- woggy 17d agoI guess Ontario needs to be renamed to America now ...
- avaer 17d agoOntario is an aboriginal name for the lake, which the province pays homage to. All of this is silly, but with this pattern it makes more sense to change the name of New York than to call it Lake New York.
