Evidently we should, because Linus has been more positive about Nvidia in the last 2 years [0]. I've been using the open driver for years now, for both gaming and CUDA.

- azernik 21d agoHe's always been pragmatic - it's just that Nvidia's behavior has AFAICT actually changed.
- rbwkap 20d agoHe has been positive about corporations and mainstream propaganda since his CoC "retreat". He is no rebel anymore. Now Nvidia is also premium sponsor of the Linux Foundation.
