Universities should not prepare founders. They should expel them. Generally schools are a poor place for creating curious individuals, and the longer a potential founder is in one, the lesser chance they'll take that big swing for the fences toward a novel or greenfield product.
If not attitude it's the time commitment - founders should be spending 50%+ of their time with their first customers and refining/pivoting, which interferes with going to (outdated) classes.
