Though actually I’d suspect a lot of that is just rising costs (rent)?
- idbnstra 23d agoyeah SF is one of the capitals, if not THE capital of NIMBYism. SF needs to relax zoning codes and shift to land value tax (just like any city), but of course that will never happen
