I never understood this:
1.) restrooms for paying customers only
2.) defecating/urinating in public illegal
How can both be true at the same time?
I really hate how adversarial our society has become.
- 9x39 23d agoCall it an informal institution to push homeless away but without worry about way to define them, like you'd deny on a sign - a word for homeless doesn't do it, it's not a single flag that marks someone as an undesirable. [1] is apparently how society converges on an assumption you're engaged in business as a customer, employee, or entrepreneur, then everything is accessible to you. [2] is the check to make sure people excluded in [1] are punished for using the commons instead of a sanitary location.
