    Thats kinda neat idea : who suggested an electoral system of "weighted voting proportional to the amount of income tax you pay," But i would go not for absolute amount of tax paid, but for relative tax paid with some floors and ceilings. pay effective rate of 30% (or less) income, get one vote. Pay 50% or less, get two, pay above 50% get three. Pay less than 10% - no vote for you !!!
