For sure, Gen Z and Gen A are royally fucked - I did not mean to imply that they don't have it bad as far as generations go. I just meant I don't particularly think it is "interfacing with the public" that is the problem. I don't think people are fundamentally different - I think the system has broken any semblance of fairness or opportunity or optimism for the future.
