Long before AI, I used the domain sixlabs.org for many years from about 2002-ish through 2012 when I managed to lose the domain and someone has had it registered and parked ever since with no active services and no obvious for sale sign. Still registered now. At the time it was a reference to a combination of IPv6 (which I was fond of) and that my birthday is on the 6th. Was like a little mini self-hosting project for web+email that had me and other friends on a real physical box (was also early days for VMs :) In any case, this write-up is amusing.
