Of course, that perspective is not particularly morally attractive to many people.

How OP can be so earnest might get some in "the industry" to wonder if he hasn't been made a partner yet [It's more effective to have these guys question their own rationality than their morality? Thus undistracted, one then starts to ask oneself about the ethics of magic]
