There's a lot of competing narratives so it's clearly quite tricky, keep in mind the prevalence of conspiracy theories in the middle east is even worse than the west, especially when it comes to anything involving Jews. So one needs to be extra careful to not conflate widely accepted beliefs/narratives coming out of the middle east as fact.
