- rzmmm 26d agoWell you need some substrate which can be metabolized into sugar, such as carbohydrate or protein.
- steve_adams_86 26d agoDefinitely. I was only responding to the statement that sugar is a necessity for energy if you’re moving around a lot. You can do this without sugar.
