Carney is one of the most popular "Liberal" PMs west of Ontario in decades. His popularity in Alberta is higher than Daniel Smith. This can only be good for Canada as a whole IMHO.
- petermcneeley 1mo agoProbably the most evil PMs that we have ever had. Literally a international banker! Its like electing the monopoly man lol.
- anukin 1mo agoOh wow. Canadians should have elected PP or Jagmeet with known ties to extremist organizations or maybe give another chance to JT to ruin the country.
- hagbard_c 1mo agoNot to rain on your parade about known ties to extremist organizations but I would count Carney's contacts more extreme - and certainly more believable - than those Poilievre might be accused of having (which would those be?). I'd rather not have a globalist banker leading my country, fortunately I'm not a Canadian. I considered moving there in 2002 but I moved to Sweden instead and count my blessings ever since.
- ompogUe 1mo agoNope, the pure evil award goes to Stephen Harper. He literally auctioned off and trashed decades of paper scientific research reports to get rid of all of those pesky climate statistics.
