  Who said anything about surgery? He expressed some problems with things like dogs having trouble with profiles, and reacting poorly to the mask/helmet things - that's the type of thing where veterinary schools have literal experts that extension can help connect you with. Ironically, probably the one thing a vet extension can't help with? Cheap surgery.
