Not really, or I haven't noticed anything. Even from a motivational perspective, which I've heard can be a problem on semaglutide more so than cognition, I haven't noticed anything. It seems to be a pure physical energy thing ("the spirit is willing, but the body..."). However, I started a new position at a startup which is very heavily invested in agentic development, to the point where I basically just drive claude and codex all day long, and haven't written a single line of code for work in 9 months, and that may be causing some cognitive decline...
