The common talking points online are that it's solely from one ethnic group. Not sure if you have read Rupert Lowe's report, but it was explicitly framed around a particular ethnoreligious pattern of offending - especially men of Pakistani Muslim background, and it repeatedly connected that pattern to immigration and multiculturalism.
And that report has further driven the narrative online that it is solely an immigrant problem.
