  Also, old homes don't have the outlets for heat pumps. If you're lucky, it's just a breaker, wire, and outlet. If you're unlucky, it requires an electrical panel upgrade or worse.

    If they want to drive electric cars, they need a panel upgrade too. Just combine everything in one go.
