This idea has been attempted numerous times before and not a single time did it actually take off as a good idea. One reason is, I cannot find any reason why your listings are better than searching on Airbnb. Not only are the prices not that attractive, but on Airbnb I can still negotiate price and medium/long term if I want plus I get Airbnb support if anything goes wrong. Not only do I get Airbnb support, but the host gets support as well for anything that goes wrong. It's a win-win. The filters for workspace are generally good enough to find the ones with desks/chairs. And once you've found one place, you generally don't need to look much elsewhere unless you're literally hopping country to country frequently which I'm not sure is actually that common for digital nomads (expensive and tiring). The cost of saving from direct booking on the host and digital nomad ends simply doesn't outweigh the benefit of having a professional support/insurance for the rental.
Lastly, you're missing one of the most important parts... internet speeds and stability. Oh and if you think building this out as a tool will explode, it won't... I've tried ;) Everyone is 1000x more interested in how to properly setup their VPN to hide from the employer (which is also something that has been solved already, in multiple ways).
