You're right, but not everyone can tell the difference and not everyone can describe their experiences very well. There's also the blue field entoptic phenomenon (white blood cells!), and a bunch of similar things within the eye which can look similar to "floaters".
- ubercore 1mo agoHaving both floaters and visual snow, there is absolutely no way anyone would ever mix them up, though. Incredibly different experience.
