How do the municipalities "own" this data if anyone from any agency outside of a jurisdiction is allowed to access the data?
- skeeter2020 1mo agoworse than that, federal agencies - which can't access it directly - do so via their "law enforcement partners". So now you've got DHS and ICE using it for their own pseudo-law activities.
