Can you explain how environmental regulations induce that housing style? I struggle to see the connection
- cucumber3732842 1mo agoBasically every rule that tries to piecemeal outlaw the concrete jungle (muh setbacks, muh maximum impermeable area percentage, and so on) winds up introducing sprawl because you wind up wasting site plan space on whatever it is in your context.
- staticman2 1mo agoI'm pretty sure you are confusing your state's zoning laws with federal environmental regulations.
