- psunavy03 2mo agoYeah, Littler is one of THE union-busting, anti-worker law firms out there. Their website specifically notes that they specialize in labor law from only the side of representing management.

- jq-r 2mo agoI've seen them in action in my previous company. They've butchered it, the best talent left, and the company is the shell of itself. And all because workers disagreed with a "RTO" mandate and wanted to continue working remote. The company was remote first since day one, but the new CEO wouldn't have it so he hired those abominable lawyers.
