I wouldn't have had the time to build this site without it, and use it heavily in my day job to improve velocity. But, there are also points where I deliberately avoid using it, either to keep the joy of focusing on a problem, or to make sure I'm not accidentally AI 'doom scrolling' my way through life. Everything is a balance.
