Infuriatingly, ChatGPT doesn't allow you to easily export your data from Business accounts (upgrades from personal accounts) like it does with personal or Enterprise accounts. I built a little tool that lets you get the data out. Might help someone out

- nemosaltat 2mo agoI found myself in a similar boat (converted a personal ChatGPT sub to a Business Account shared with my partner). I ended up using Claude it write a chrome extension to just walk every chat in the side navbar and dump it to a sqlite database (when I then used for my own RAG purposes). Thanks for publishing your work.
- selfhoster11 2mo agoWould you mind opening it to the public? We’d be okay making modifications for our use cases, so dumping the code would be fine.
- greatgib 2mo agoThe more crazy is that even for a personal account, there is not a single button that would allow you to copy a whole chat or do something like export it in pdf, html, markdown, ...
