- cwmoore 2mo agoNot at all the same. You didn’t have central databases for HR or apartment property management, background checks for cellphones, lots of interstate data connected with your PII. I’m not sure if you’re kidding.

- cwmoore 2mo agoYou are correct in that the statement was overbroad, but clearly there is a difference in the volume of information now from the 1980s, when mandatory sentencing became law. I used it to illustrate the point I have made about the effects of the trend. Glad you understood that.
