Neither Biden's administration, nor the judge presiding over Trump's crimes did what should have been done.
The checks and balances failed both when Trump was in power and when he was not in power.
- cosmicgadget 2mo agoYou conclusion is true but how you get there is deeply flawed. With the recent immunity ruling and the impossibility of the Senate upholding impeachment, yes, the president can basically try anything he wants.
