- ocdtrekkie 2mo agoOpenAI proved even being a nonprofit can be handled away if the money's good enough. PBCs are much weaker in that regard than nonprofits.
- kube-system 2mo agoNo, public benefits are allowed to include public interest reasons in their decision making, they are not required. This structure was created to allow a business to protect the interest of the public when it conflicts with the interests of their shareholders
