  I saw that and described the page you linked. The actual study is gate kept behind a paywall or "institutional access". "Get full text access - Log in, subscribe or purchase for full access."

    Yes, it's unfortunate that the Lancet is not an Open Access journal. But, as you say, you can just purchase the paper if you wish to read it
