Asia and Africa are coming up, they are not going to sacrifice their econonomies becuase the western world which is already established has some people saying hang on, we've got ours, you need to wait. They are going to be building massive coal plants and burning barrels of oil. So Bob in France not turning on his AC is not going to make any difference. We will fix it later, I'm not worried about it becuase there is nothing to be done about it. Worrying and panicking about it does no one any good. Technology marches forward.
