So question is, why are you starting company in Germany, this is EU, start in better country.

- Chu4eeno 3mo agoBecause then the german tax man would presumably demand he pay more than he has available, in exit tax (as explained in the post). To cite the modern thinkers in Corporate Avenger, «taxes are stealing and I get the feeling that were getting fucked in the ass».
- throwaway25910 3mo agoEU is not the US. I started a company in Czechia and while setting the company up was not a problem, setting up a bank account was. Every bank has declined me, I started with the easiest ones.
