There is of course a lot of political history (OPC, LPC, etc) that makes the whole situation messy.

A near 1 cent per kWh levy on every single kWh produced, across all sources, is a massive expense. And that is after the maximum possible had already been extracted from the market. Why are you so afraid of admitting that the nuclear construction in Ontario was an absolute economic shit show?
