  In addition to the named ones you could also check https://www.ip-projects.de https://www.ip-projects.de if you search for the DACH location - they offer hardware servers as well als VPS starting at around 4€/month.

    I second this, been with them for 6 years. Very reliable and transparent and the owner still answers emails himself
