I'm not a very experienced Node.js developer, but I have taken the time over the last couple of months to learn how to use it. I find working without CoffeeScript to be much more productive. Then again, that may change when I get a lot more comfortable using Node. At the moment I just prefer to know exactly what's going on under the hood.
