Legacy brand car makers are pulling back because they can't compete in this market.
- colinb 3mo agoIs there a car manufacturer that hasn’t taken advantage of such schemes? Should I pay more for my next car so that Volkswagen executives can get paid despite not facing serious consequences for choosing to poison millions of people?
