- otterley 4mo agoWhat's "unwise" about it? If you're on the right side of both the facts and the law, what harm or prejudice can come from doing so?
- modriano 4mo agoThe legal route can be very expensive, and it can be short circuited when the parties come to some agreement, which is harder to do when parties are unnecessarily antagonistic.
