Yeah I'm more worried for people spending all their income on high rent apartments or quickly depreciating cars.
- siren2026 4mo agoAll projections currently show it is better to pay rent on an apartment than buying the similar apartment. Especially in tech cities. Do the math. I agree the ideal thing to do is to probably rent a cheaper apartment to start with.
