I was also dumbfounded by this claim. The only thing I could think of were C++ monomorphic templates that will avoid the penalty of some indirection and DIY dynamic typing.
- pjmlp 4mo agoAnd compile time programming, meaning that you can prepare some algorithms and data structures at compile time, at the expense of executable size. Compile time reflection will make this even easier.
