My favorite (read: what makes me want to send the website's owner a glitter bomb/GDPR data request, whichever's worse) is when they have a chat window that plays an audible notification sound every 5 minutes, but only after they apparently sense that the tab has since been buried in a stack of 30+ other tabs. I eventually got bored telling those chatbots to "go fuck yourself" so I've now picked up the admittedly fun micro-hobby of jailbreaking customer support bots.
