Ask HN: Would you use non-SaaS downloadable chatbot app?
So like chatgpt.com but on your mobile/computer without internet access necessary, $0, absolutely free? This isn't a question if it's possible but if it's a good idea? I will. 100% privacy and 0$, why not?
- adinhitlore 4mo agoin theory several GBs .bin may be useful chatbot if it's not transformers even better. Not too easy to code but...for me as a user it's preferable over SaaS right now.
- myst 4mo agoPrivacy is not the issue. Limited use beyond trivial tasks is.
