Sweet! How strict are you about YoE? I have 3 YoE and previously a Founding Engineer at a startup. Asking because on the careers page, I only see Staff/Principal/Tech Lead roles. I am very product obsessed. I care a lot about building the right thing and building it the right way, not just writing cool code. I have a pretty strong sense for balancing speed vs code quality. I know when to just ship and when something needs to be done properly.
