I posted a project a few months ago to a niche hobby subreddit and was dismissively criticized as using an AI and being unable to write my own paragraphs. Once that comment got more likes it just snowballed into insults, hate, and threats. I was never big about reddit anyway but now I will definitely never interact with that site again.
