No they’re not. But they are often wrongly attributed by malicious parties. Israeli top officials (Netanyahu) will say someone is an anti-semite when they are anti Israel / anti-Zionism. Because we all widely agree anti semitism is bad but do not so much agree on anti zionism being bad, given the genocide they’re perpetrating of course. In general I think mostly extremists on any side will misuse the terms but if you explain the terms and ask the average person they will not think they are the same thing.
