Agile was never meant to mean “make it up as you go.” It assumed something far more important. That is that there was a shared understanding of the system being built, even if that understanding evolved over time. This creates a fundamental shift where we are no longer writing requirements for humans to interpret. We are constructing execution environments for agents to operate within.
