Not really. Starlink can be turned on and off over certain territories.
- aurizon 5mo agoStarlink can blacklist an area, but the frequent Tx/Rx emissions persist. Smuggled in terminals can be blacked once found. I am not sure how local areas discover/ID to Starlink/request blacklistimg works. I know starlink has upset many government internet rate extortion schemes in many countries in many Southern areas
