  In general it's quite good, but as in most places it depends on the site and what you want to do. Are you planing to go to a university? Do some research? Go to work in en engendering position? [Hi from Argentina! I have almost no details about Japan. I've read a few work of Japanese researchers, but I don't know too much about the internal structure. I hope that if you give more details someone else can answer. Obviously, it's not mandatory that you answers all my questions.]
