- Animats 6mo agoI've looked a few times over the years but can't find it online. National Archives probably has it somewhere, but not indexed where Google can find it.
- Animats 6mo agoI sent a query into NARA. Maybe they know something. It's probably in some forgotten Civil Defense archive.
