Literally wiring the brains of kids as early as possible to have a tendency/preference towards "random variance rewards." I am really pleased to see any government doing something about this and protecting kids from this disgusting, predatory, and exploitative behavior. By all means game developers deserve to make a living... However, if they're going to operate a casino, they should be treated and licensed as such.
