Asus ProArt
- Analemma_ 7mo agoI can second this. I bought two of the 5K 27" ProArt monitors plus a Thunderbolt hub to be my home setup, all for less than the price of one Studio Display, and it has been working perfectly.
- bsimpson 7mo agoThat was the one I'd heard of, but I was shocked to see how low the Amazon reviews are (3.8). A highly-rated review said it had horrible clarity, like a greasy phone screen. You haven't had problems, and would buy it again?
- Analemma_ 7mo agoThe clarity seems fine to me, and I bought it specifically because I want crisp text. Maybe those people had defective units, I'm not sure.
- BoredomIsFun 7mo agoAs someone who is _very_ sensitive to screen texture (cannot tolerate grain, own glossy Dough Spectrum 27" 4k for that reason), from what I gathered, yes newest 5k and 6k panels use unusually harsh coating, which I am certain I would not be able to use whatsoever.
